Pretty Princess Dress-up Orc

We deal with the aftermath of killing the parasite god and having new powers and some of our followers now being exarchs. We also managed to fit in a trip to Cormyr, specifically the ruins of Zusail, where the prince is still hiding. We put our friend Alwin (now an exarch of Gunda) in charge until they can get a duke or something in from next door to work as a steward. Then we went back to Tilverton, because stuff had managed to mess up again in our absence. You can kind of see why some deities decide to be more hands-off, really ...

GM: “The orc falls through the portal, covered in fineries.”
Player: “Aww, has he been playing dress-up?”

Player: “That’s the picture I have in my head.”
GM: “You keep that picture right where it belongs.”

Varian: “I don’t trust you.”
Elani: “The feeling is mutual!”

GM: “What an inconvenience indeed! It’s like someone using a magical power of a divine nature or something!”

Elani (to Denethor): “You’re the one who wants information. My interrogation will be short and sweet.”

“Playing the old amnesia card, are we?”

“Life is so much easier if you just slit their throats.”

(Shialia was invited to join our pantheon, but had concerns)
Shialia: “That would leave my home without a guardian.”
Elani: “No, we don’t all have to be in the same place.”
Player: “It’s more like joining a union.”

Denethor: “I made rules and regulations so that people couldn’t be taken advantage of.”
Player: “Yes, Jeremy Corbyn.”

NPC: “Ah, the troublemakers!”
Denethor: “Trouble was here, we arrived, we stopped trouble. It’s important to get the order right.”

Player: “You don’t think that’s achievable?”
GM: “No, of course not.”
Player: “Challenge accepted.”

Elani: “If you see three winter wolves on the boat …”
Denethor: “Ship. Technically it’s a sky galleon, but I’ll settle for vessel.”
Elani: “… Boat.”

“Did we send them on their way?”
“They said they’d kill you last.”
