Under the Dome was a bit different to this

We got to a town currently covered in a massive dome. Our friends are inside, and we need to get inside to talk to them. Unfortunately they're also besieged by a bunch of gnolls or related monsters. There was a big artefact, which Denethor eventually crashed his precious airship-not-a-warship into, and somehow we ended up killing Gruumsh, despite siege engines being teleported just as we were about to hit them.

It was a big battle, though, so we didn't "say" much. Hence why the session after is also included.

Fun fact: Blogger has updated and is very confusing now and you can't backdate posts. Blegh. Thankfully, the option to revert back was there so I didn't have to go through the rigmarole of migrating the whole thing to WordPress.

GM: (snaps fingers)
Player: “Hey, stop killing children in Africa!”

Elani: “Kill them until they run! Survival of the fittest!”

GM: “It will kill.”
Player: “Thank you, Doug Marcaida!”

Elani: “It would be funny if I went down again. I’m the only one who has died in this game.”

“It’s like a big Trojan horse, except it’s a bird squid thing?”

Monday 9 March 2020:

“They’re not here.”
“Do you need to borrow 2d12?”
“When I went ‘not here’ I meant they’re not in this particular dice bag.”

Player: “What kind of state does this guy look in?”
GM: “Mostly dead?”
Player: “He was dead to begin with!”

Player: “Four damage.”
GM: “It was dead from half of that.”
Player: “Fine by me.”

“As these things go, death by chocolate pudding is the way to go.”

Viconia: “You took your time! Where have you been?”
Elani: “Oh you know, people to see, people to kill, people trying to kill you …”
Viconia: “Why do all my friends who are gods use that excuse?”
Elani: “Oh, you know, it’s convenient.”

(Chaotic Evil)
“At any point, they could go schizo and burn down a village. Or toast. It could go either way.”

To be continued!
